Job Description: Strategy & Corporate Development – MBA Intern (Summer 2025)

Juniper Networks’ Strategy and Corporate Development team seeks a Summer 2025 MBA intern to contribute to the company’s long-term strategic initiatives and corporate transactions. This role is crucial in formulating strategy, assessing growth opportunities, and evaluating and structuring corporate partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. The intern will significantly impact Juniper’s growth, direction, and future.

Specific Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders: Collaborate across various business units and functions to support and execute strategic initiatives.
Conduct analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of strategic issues, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
Support investment activities: Contribute to strategic investment activities, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), alliances, and equity investments, through financial analysis and assisting in negotiations.
Develop presentations: Create high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior leadership, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
Facilitate problem-solving: Engage in joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior business partners and implement recommendations.
Enhance team efficiency: Propose and execute solutions to improve team efficiency and optimize internal workflows.

Professional Qualifications:

• Experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business units to drive strategic decisions.
• Preferred prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, product management, or corporate strategy.
• Currently pursuing an MBA (graduating in 2026); a technical or engineering background is a plus.

The pay range is $84,000.80 to $120,750.55 per year, with benefits including medical, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
