About the Job: Strategy & Analytics Rotational Program Internship
This internship at Lucid Software offers students an immersive summer experience designed to teach and apply skills across all facets of strategic problem-solving. This includes identifying opportunities, conducting data analysis, presenting findings, and driving impactful change within the business.
Program Structure:
Interns will split their summer across two distinct functions, providing exposure to multiple sides of Lucid’s business and significantly broadening their knowledge and experience. Analysts from the Strategy & Analytics team support a wide range of departments, including:
• Marketing
• Demand Generation
• Sales Operations
• Product
• Growth
• Data Science
• Strategy
While the toolset developed and utilized will be consistent across these functions, each area presents unique, domain-specific challenges, offering diverse learning opportunities.
Support System:
Despite being embedded within specific functions, interns receive robust support from the broader Strategy & Analytics team. Interns benefit from special coaching and guidance, working directly alongside full-time analysts. The team maintains strong internal ties through:

• Daily working sessions
• Regular team activities
The team fosters a collaborative environment where mutual help is encouraged, and collective efforts often lead to solutions for complex problems.
Responsibilities:
As an intern, key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with senior leaders and various stakeholders across Lucid’s departments.
• Proactively identifying and understanding business problems and opportunities.
• Formulating data-driven recommendations to address identified issues or leverage opportunities.
• Implementing new initiatives designed to contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
Candidates for this internship should meet the following criteria:
• Currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree, ideally in a technical or quantitative field.
• Possess the ability and desire to develop technical skills necessary for working with large datasets, specifically SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
• Capable of thinking strategically and adept at tackling open-ended problems.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player.
• This position is specifically for current undergraduate or graduate students who are projected to graduate in December 2026 or later.
