About This Opportunity: Strategy & Analytics Co-op
Join Risepoint’s Marketing & Operations Strategy team as a Strategy & Analytics Co-op and play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.
Co-op Duration & Schedule
- Duration: July/August 2026 through December 2026 (flexible to accommodate academic schedules).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing hands-on, real-world exposure.

As a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you will work on high-impact, fast-paced projects that support meaningful business outcomes while accelerating your professional growth. You will gain exposure to core strategy and analytics disciplines, including data analysis, marketing strategy, and operational processes across product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services. With mentorship from senior leaders, you will contribute to analyses that inform Risepoint’s strategic direction, structure analyses, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable, value-added recommendations that drive business growth.
What You Will Do: How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life
- Structure Strategic Projects: Organize strategic initiatives for key functions including product, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services.
- Execute End-to-End Data Analytics Projects:
- Pull and clean data.
- Extract key insights.
- Communicate hypotheses to senior stakeholders.
- Impact the organization’s overall marketing strategies & operations functions.
- Design & Create Analytical Tools: Develop strategic initiatives and processes that enhance Risepoint’s ability to deliver insights both internally to senior leadership and externally to university partners.
- Brainstorm & Launch New Projects: Proactively identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inform university partners about strategic issues, performance, and operations.
- Form Deep Understanding: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Risepoint’s processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem (university partners, marketing channels, contact center strategies and workflows).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and facilitate data-informed decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with a Director, Manager, and Senior Analysts.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
Experience That Matters Most
- Applicants must be currently enrolled, active students in Fall 2026 to apply for this position.
- Strong proficiency and/or working experience in Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience That’s Great To Have
- Prior working experience using Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis to clean data, extract insights, and communicate takeaways to leadership.
- Prior internship / co-op experience preferred.
- Agile workstyle to meet evolving business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
