Job Description: Strategy & Advisory Consultant

Crowe’s Strategy & Advisory Consultants work as part of a team on diverse client engagements within one of Crowe’s Consulting areas, including:

Accounting Advisory
Forensics
Operational Transactional Advisory (M&A)
Process Improvement
Valuation Services

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree (requirements vary depending on the specific role) in Accounting, Finance, operations/supply chain management, MIS, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Pursuing CPA-eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation (requirements vary depending on the specific role).
• Experience with data analytics is desired.
• Programming experience using data and statistical languages (i.e., SQL, R, Python, SAS, STATA, Tableau, Power BI, JupyterLab) is required, with fluency in at least two languages being essential (specific requirements vary depending on the role).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
• Ability to travel (percentage varies depending on the specific role).

Wage Range:

• $26.00 to $38.00 hourly, with actual compensation being dependent on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business/organizational needs.
