• Mission: Owns the end-to-end strategic sourcing processes to optimize procurement, ensure supply base efficiency, and drive cost savings for assigned categories.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories, ensuring direct alignment with overall business objectives.
• Sourcing Process Management: Engage in end-to-end sourcing processes, encompassing comprehensive market analysis, diligent RFP/RFQ management, thorough supplier evaluation, strategic negotiation, and meticulous contract finalization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their requirements and consistently deliver sourcing solutions that precisely meet business needs.
• Supplier Management: Proactively identify, rigorously evaluate, and successfully onboard new suppliers to continuously drive innovation, realize significant cost savings, and effectively mitigate supply chain risks.
• Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of spend data and market trends to identify actionable opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and enhanced procurement efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. This role demands a senior professional with a core domain understanding of procurement and strategic supply chain management.
• Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally gained within a complex, multinational operational environment. Demonstrable experience with contract law and navigating regulatory compliance is also required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities, advanced analytical reasoning, and proven project management proficiency. Excellent communication and robust stakeholder management abilities are essential, alongside a comprehensive knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and the capacity to analyze market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree or relevant industry certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are highly preferred.
