What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic scenarios.
• M&A Support: Assist in mergers and acquisitions by supporting due diligence, managing data rooms, and interacting with counterparties.
• Growth Evaluation: Assess organic and external growth opportunities using discounted cash flow models for strategic decisions.
• Process Improvement: Automate existing processes to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of financial data.
• Performance Insights: Create original financial analyses to gain new insights into corporate performance and market trends.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of finance or related experience.
• Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, strong attention to detail, time management skills, capacity for analysis with big picture understanding.
• Bonus: Power and utility experience, Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, CFA / CPA certification.
