STRATEGIC ANALYST (FINANCE) | Human, Inc.

• Mission: Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, internet applications (Mac platform Numbers, Keynote, Papers)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
• Analysis: Analyze company performance, financial data, and key performance indicators to assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Modeling: Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of strategic decisions on business outcomes.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define strategic priorities and support current clients, delivering customer service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career; current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program in business administration or a related field.
• Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications (or Mac platform Numbers, Keynote, Papers).
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, excellent research and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, proficiency in strategic planning methodologies.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; proven experience as a Strategic Analyst or similar role; strong business acumen.
