This position is crucial in supporting the company’s business model, which redirects billions of pounds of used goods from landfills and provides valuable funding to local nonprofit partners. As a Store Production Team Member, you play a vital role in delivering an awesome experience for Customers, Donors, and other Team Members.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Item Flow: Contribute to the process of redirecting used goods away from landfills and onto store racks and shelves for reuse.
• Merchandise Presentation: Assist in placing gently-used, one-of-a-kind items onto store racks and shelves for customer purchase.
• Customer Engagement: Help create an awesome experience for Savers’ customers who visit the stores.
• Community Connection: Support an awesome experience for donors contributing items to local nonprofit organizations.
• Team Support: Foster an awesome experience for other team members within the store environment.
