Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting your assigned department and contributing to client satisfaction:

  • Deliver assistance and support to departmental staff on various projects.
  • Begin to develop a current knowledge of futures, options, and OTC products relevant to your assigned department.
  • Keep abreast of new developments within your internship’s field.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external clients.
  • Handle client requests professionally through responsiveness, diligent follow-up, and escalation to a senior team member when necessary.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively with other team members.
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
  • Learn basic sales skills, including how to effectively present products and services to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

General Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other financial tools and programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to sharing ideas with the team.

Early Careers Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program.
  • Expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027 (meaning you will be entering your penultimate year of university at the time of the internship).
  • Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Working Environment:

  • This is a 5 days in-office position.
  • Travel requirements (if applicable) will be discussed.
