What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide personalized instruction through 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests to support students whenever you are available.
• Utilize the AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to enhance teaching impact.
• Invoice for your tutoring sessions, with all payment logistics managed by the platform.
• Guide students through advanced topics like designing experiments, performing multivariate analysis, constructing confidence regions, and implementing statistical models in software.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate-level mastery of mathematical statistics, including maximum likelihood estimation, hypothesis testing theory, Bayesian inference, and regression analysis.
• Experience: Proven capability in explaining complex statistical concepts like asymptotic theory and ANOVA decompositions, and guiding students through research methodology and doctoral-level statistical analysis.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of mathematical statistics, including sufficient statistics, multivariate methods, and nonparametric statistics; ability to adapt instruction using R or Python; excellent communication and an engaging teaching style; familiarity with graduate statistics curricula.
