• Mission: This role is responsible for preparing accurate tax returns for a variety of individual and business clients while building tax knowledge and technical skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Work side-by-side with teammates to prepare tax returns for a variety of individuals and businesses.
• Analyze: Analyze financial information and tax documents to identify issues, research tax questions, and connect the dots.
• Build: Build your tax knowledge through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship from experienced tax professionals.
• Develop: Develop your technical skills using platforms such as Excel, CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement, and other tax software.
• Produce: Prepare accurate, high-quality work while meeting deadlines and following professional and industry standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s in Accounting.
• Experience: Entry-level experience with accounting principles as gained through a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Skills: Strong communication skills (writing and speaking), tech-savvy with tools such as Excel & Word, curious, motivated learner.
• Bonus: Master’s in Accounting.
