Staff Accountant | DeZURIK

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation and accuracy of financial reporting for the organization.
• Month-End Close: Contribute to month-end close activities and execute account reconciliations.
• General Ledger: Perform general ledger accounting and financial analysis tasks.
• Business Support: Provide cross-functional business support, partnering with experienced finance leaders and internal teams.
• Process Improvement: Strengthen financial accuracy and improve financial processes, developing a deeper understanding of cost drivers and operational performance in a manufacturing environment, and taking on increasing ownership over time.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; suitable for an early-career accountant.
• Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience, with exposure to month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, comfort working in financial systems, detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and manage priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Prior manufacturing accounting experience or NetSuite experience.
