Pop-Up Talent operates as a growing financial services team, providing critical support to investment funds and institutional clients. What You’ll Actually Do
• Cash Transactions: Maintain daily records of cash transactions and manage the general ledger for various client funds.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive quarterly financial statements along with all necessary supporting schedules.
• Client Interaction: Professionally and accurately respond to inquiries from both clients and investors.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Priority Management: Manage multiple priorities and responsibilities efficiently within a deadline-driven environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position specifically designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in finance or accounting. Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
