What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Maintain daily cash transactions and the general ledger for client funds.
• Reporting: Prepare quarterly financial statements and their supporting schedules.
• Client Communication: Respond to client and investor inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and management.
• Prioritization: Manage multiple priorities efficiently within a deadline-driven environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with completion of at least two accounting courses. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0+ years of professional experience, welcoming new graduates. Comfort working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, is required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and professional written and verbal communication abilities. The capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
