What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger: Maintain daily cash transactions and general ledger for client funds.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Client Support: Respond to client and investor inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and management.
• Workflow Management: Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with completion of at least two accounting courses. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience, welcoming recent graduates. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, professional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
