Staff Accountant, eGaming | Arrow International, Inc.

This role is crucial for supporting the eGaming business unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

• Team: Supports the eGaming business unit and collaborates with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Cost Accounting.
• Mission: Ensure accurate financial reporting and support ongoing process improvement for the eGaming business unit.

What You’ll Actually Do
• General Accounting: Prepare and post monthly journal entries to ensure accurate recording of business transactions.
• Reconciliations: Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations using OneStream or other company tools and maintain sufficient supporting documentation.
• Inventory & Fixed Assets: Own eGaming equipment CIP inventory schedules and maintain eGaming fixed asset records, communicating monthly additions, retirements, and updates.
• Close Processes: Support month-end and year-end close processes and other assigned accounting activities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business unit visibility and decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ year of related accounting, finance, audit, or business experience.
• Skills: Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, ability to work with cross-functional partners, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bonus: Experience with OneStream, SAP, Salesforce.com, Tableau, or similar systems; experience in public accounting, gaming, banking, regulated industries, or manufacturing environments; exposure to month-end close, account reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory accounting, intercompany accounting, or audit support.
