What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Assist: Assist with the consolidation process, validation of financial results, and analysis of reported performance.
• Perform: Perform accounting related to acquisitions, divestitures, reserves, treasury activities, cash transactions, and borrowings.
• Prepare: Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Partner: Partner with internal and external auditors to support audit requests and resolve accounting matters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Public accounting experience preferred for professionals looking to transition into industry.
• Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills; excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: CPA preferred.
