What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and support accounting activities in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Payroll Coordination: Assist with weekly payroll preparation and related reporting to help ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Complete account reconciliations, analyze financial data, and prepare journal entries to support general ledger accuracy.
• Transaction Management: Process routine accounting transactions, including expense documentation and other day-to-day financial entries.
• Project Costing: Partner with project managers to provide job cost and project accounting support across active construction work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of Accounting experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
