What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Rotate through multiple dealership accounting offices to gain comprehensive hands-on experience.
• Develop: Cultivate expertise in critical areas including dealership accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational analysis.
• Collaborate: Work closely alongside experienced Controllers and dealership management teams to understand daily operations and financial practices.
• Acquire: Build the necessary knowledge and leadership skills required to effectively lead a dealership accounting department.
• Prepare: Gain the technical expertise, operational understanding, and professional experience essential for future Controller roles within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; suitable for recent college graduates or early-career professionals.
• Experience: Up to two years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Public accounting experience or internship experience is a plus; willingness to travel periodically to dealership locations for training.
