The role directly supports accounts payable operations, manages invoice processing, and tracks production costs, ensuring financial reporting stays on budget and compliant across all entertainment ventures.

What You’ll Actually Do
• AP Operations: Support daily accounts payable operations.
• Invoice Management: Manage comprehensive invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Cost Tracking: Track production and project costs across film, television, games, and comics.
• Month-End Close: Help lead various month-end close activities.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure financial reporting stays on budget and compliant with company standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An analytical and detail-oriented professional with foundational accounting knowledge, eager to support creative entertainment teams.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage invoice processing, support accounts payable, track production costs, and assist with month-end close activities.
• Skills: Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Bonus: Experience in entertainment, publishing, consumer products, or production accounting; CPA-eligible; or experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
