What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile accounts: Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Manage core accounting processes: Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Monitor cash flow: Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports: Prepare monthly financial statements, compliance reports, and year-end audit workpapers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Early-Career professional with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
• Experience: 1+ years of accounting experience, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and robust organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
