What You’ll Actually Do
• Record Keeping: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Account Management: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Problem Solving: Analyze financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance: Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Must have a strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger processes, along with familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good communication abilities (both written and verbal). Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
