This Staff Accountant position is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial records, directly supporting essential treasury functions, intercompany operations, and corporate financial reporting processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Treasury Operations: Monitor and maintain cash accounts, performing monthly bank reconciliations and assisting with treasury tasks.
• Intercompany Transactions: Prepare analyses, reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly invoices for intercompany accounts.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and upload recurring and miscellaneous monthly journal entries to the general ledger.
• Financial Uploads: Prepare and upload Corporate actual financials and forecasts, along with supplemental data, into the Consolidation system.
• Audit & Reporting Support: Assist internal and external auditors with requests and questions, and support the preparation of SEC filings, including Form 10-Q/10-K.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: Prior accounting experience obtained through an internship, public accounting, or a corporate accounting role is preferred.
• Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, introductory knowledge of FASB and SEC rules and regulations, effective oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated strong business acumen, analytic, integrative, and critical thinking skills.
• Bonus: CPA, or CPA candidate, is highly preferred.
