What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering clear financial insights.
• Account Oversight: Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on enhancing accounting processes.
• Financial Reporting: Handle various reconciliations, sales tax reporting, payroll reporting, and annual reporting.
• Staff Development: Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of accounting staff.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Level. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools is required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and relationship-building abilities, detailed, organized, and able to work independently while supporting team goals.
