What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Journal Entries: Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Month-End Close: Support the monthly close process, providing insight and analysis on variances from budget and prior periods.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Budget Support: Aid in the budgeting process by providing necessary financial data and analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience: Entry-level with 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
