• Mission: To support multiple client engagements by delivering accurate and timely accounting services, ensuring financial precision and aiding client decision-making through IFI Professionals’ proprietary methodologies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage General Ledger: Accurately record journal entries and maintain general ledgers for multiple client engagements.
• Conduct Reconciliations: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support Month-End Close: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Facilitate Financial Planning: Support budgeting and forecasting processes and help interpret financial data for decision-making.
• Drive Process Improvement: Collaborate on implementing accounting best practices and automating financial workflows in line with IFI Professionals’ methodologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating strong foundational accounting skills including general ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience: Prior experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, or serving small to mid-sized businesses, combined with proficiency in cloud-based financial software such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy, alongside effective written and verbal communication to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: CPA or active progress toward certification.
