What You’ll Actually Do
• Support the timely execution of financial closing cycles, including month-end and year-end activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through analysis of general ledger activity and investigation of variances.
• Provide operational support to transactional accounting functions, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
• Contribute to the development of financial reports and supporting schedules for various stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics. This position is specifically designed as an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their accounting career, including December 2026 graduates.
• Experience: Requires 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience, with previous internships in accounting or finance strongly encouraged and highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a fundamental requirement for this role.
• Skills: A strong foundational understanding of accounting principles and the construction of financial statements is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and superior organizational abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills are also critical for internal collaboration and external interactions. The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment is also expected.
