• Mission: This role ensures the completeness and accuracy of financial statements through journal entries and reconciliations, while supporting various corporate accounting processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Accuracy: Prepare journal entries for month-end accruals and reclassifications to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger account balances and compile various GL account analysis reports.
• Asset Management: Assist in the maintenance of Fixed Asset records.
• Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting.
• Process Assistance: Provide assistance with both the audit and budget processes, and special projects as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, especially Excel.
• Skills: Results-oriented with great attention to detail; capable of handling sensitive information confidentially; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks; analytical and self-motivated, able to work alone or within a team; competent communicator able to foster open discussion and share thoughts clearly in writing.
• Bonus: SAP experience is a definite plus.
