What You’ll Actually Do
• Payable Review: Review payable reports to identify payments ready for processing.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve discrepancies, including missing carrier statements.
• Payment Processing: Prepare final payable reports, process customer return payments, and handle additional payment requests via checks, ACH, and wire transactions.
• Financial Record Maintenance: Assist with journal entry preparation and maintain accurate and timely financial records in company systems.
• Cross-functional Support: Partner with various teams to investigate and resolve transaction-related inquiries and build strong working relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Experience: No specific years required, making this an opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; curiosity and a detail-oriented approach to accuracy.
