What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Financial Records: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records, while also assisting in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Support Core Operations: Provide support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyze and Resolve Issues: Analyze financial data to effectively identify discrepancies and implement solutions to resolve issues that arise.
• Develop Financial Reports: Contribute to the detailed preparation of financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate Audits & Improve Processes: Participate in audits by supplying necessary documentation and explanations, and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
