Staff Accountant | Partify

This role is crucial for supporting the rapid growth of the company by managing financial data, optimizing processes, and providing strategic financial recommendations. Partify is a small but fast-growing team that expects a hardcore work ethic and is not looking for people who want to coast.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Integration: Connect and export financial data from various e-commerce platforms into the primary accounting system.
• Financial Analysis: Provide actionable recommendations to management for improving key financial metrics such as revenue, net income, and cash flow.
• Process Improvement: Create new and refine existing processes to enhance the efficiency of the accounting department.
• Platform Management: Assist the controller with managing the various different portals and platforms utilized by Partify.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level with core domain knowledge in accounting.
• Experience: Experience connecting and exporting data from various platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Affirm, Afterpay) into an accounting system.
• Skills: A strong aptitude for learning new software, strong organizational skills, strong documentation skills, a positive attitude, and creative problem-solving abilities for company progression.
