What You’ll Actually Do
• Closings & Reporting: Manage all phases of financial closings and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries.
• Account Reconciliations: Conduct thorough account reconciliations to maintain accurate ledgers and reporting.
• Budget Support: Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and critical issues for CFO review.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, including strong reconciliation skills, month-end close processes, and journal entry preparation.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, experience with accounting software and databases, knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), strong analytical and communication skills, excellent attention to detail.
