What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Actively contribute to month-end close activities, taking responsibility for the accurate preparation of journal entries and completion of account reconciliations.
• Analyze: Assist directly with the preparation of financial reports and conduct thorough account analysis to support financial insights and decision-making.
• Maintain: Precisely process a variety of accounting transactions and rigorously maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Improve: Collaborate closely with leadership on identifying and implementing process improvements, alongside contributing to various special projects as needed.
• Develop: Engage with multiple areas of accounting within a collaborative environment, actively gaining broad exposure to diverse accounting functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, providing the foundational knowledge essential for success in this early-career professional role.
