What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure Accuracy: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand and verify the accuracy of all financial reporting activity.
• Assist Preparation: Provide support in the overall preparation of financial statements.
• Monthly Reporting: Generate financial statements and their corresponding supporting schedules according to the monthly close schedule.
• Data Management: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data across a variety of operational areas.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or actively in process of obtaining one), suitable for an entry-level accounting professional.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience in an accounting role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; demonstrated attention to detail; strong organizational capabilities.
