Job Description
Sr. Engineering Manager
Location: Hercules, CA
Job Summary:
The Sr. Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, project management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and delivery of software products
• Define and prioritize product requirements
• Design and develop software architectures and solutions
• Implement and test software solutions
• Collaborate with other teams, including product management, marketing, and sales
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure that software products meet quality standards
• Stay abreast of the latest software engineering trends and technologies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on product development
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
