Champsraise is an activity-driven peer-to-peer fundraising platform designed to make supporting causes, individuals, and charities more engaging and accessible. The platform allows college athletes to raise money for fans in need and various charities based on their on-field achievements (e.g., touchdowns, tackles). It’s become a preferred fundraising tool for college athletes from prominent programs nationwide.

Job Description: Spring 2025 Video Intern

This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Champsraise’s social media presence by creating short-form video content. The intern will play a key role in showcasing both the platform’s campaigns and the company’s achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production: Create short, engaging social media videos highlighting successful campaigns on the Champsraise platform and celebrating company milestones.
Fast Turnaround: Maintain efficient workflows to ensure quick project completion times.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Champsraise team to brainstorm and develop creative and compelling video concepts.
Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of current social media trends and best practices for video content creation to optimize the effectiveness of the videos.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Video Creation Experience: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, engaging videos for social media or broadcasting.
Technical Proficiency: Competency in using video editing software and equipment.
Social Media Savvy: A strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique video requirements.
Creativity and Innovation: The ability to generate original and impactful video ideas.
Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Additional Details:

This is an unpaid internship requiring a commitment of 10 hours per week or less. It runs from January 2025 to May 2025 and may be eligible for academic credit.
