About Company
Lensa is a career site dedicated to helping job seekers find employment in the US. It operates as a platform that promotes job listings on LinkedIn on behalf of its direct clients, recruitment ad agencies, and marketing partners, rather than functioning as a staffing firm or agency that directly hires for these roles. For this specific job, Lensa has partnered with DirectEmployers to promote the opportunity for Warner Bros. Discovery. When users click “Apply Now” or “Read more” on Lensa, they are redirected to the external job board or employer site, where their information is subject to that site’s terms and privacy notice.
Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is described as the place “where dreams are made of,” extending beyond the fantastical worlds of wizards and superheroes to encompass the creative individuals who bring iconic content and beloved brands to life. WBD boasts a vast portfolio and is committed to fostering an environment where employees can thrive. They offer career-defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and tools for personal and professional growth. The company emphasizes support, celebration, and inclusion, aiming to build a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. WBD operates by a set of “guiding principles” that define how they get things done, which are available on their website and are integral to their company culture. They are an equal opportunity employer, committed to considering qualified candidates based on merit, without discrimination.
