This is an unpaid Sports Management/Marketing Intern position with a flexible start date around August 25th. It requires the intern to need college credit to be eligible. The internship offers a comprehensive learning experience within the social sports industry, with the potential for permanent part-time or full-time employment upon successful completion.
Key aspects of the internship include:
• Purpose: To work directly with a talented team, assisting with day-to-day league operations.
• Training and Learning: Interns will gain an overview of critical business functions including sales, business development, marketing, networking, operations, and finance. The goal is for interns to acquire valuable knowledge and expertise for future career endeavors in the sports industry.

Primary Responsibilities are divided into two main areas:
1. Sports Operations:
• Assisting with the creation and planning of leagues, events, and tournaments.
• Supporting the Sports Team with revenue projections and growth initiatives.
• Handling game reports, customer service inquiries, scheduling, and data entry.
• Managing inventory and upkeep of sports equipment and shirts.
• Assisting with day-to-day operations preparations, such as field setup and supervision.
• Providing administrative and clerical support across all departments.
• Evaluating and auditing leagues, tournaments, and events.
2. Sports Marketing:
• Creating digital marketing materials to promote upcoming leagues and events.
• Analyzing social media analytics.
• Creating and posting reels to highlight specific leagues or events.
• Establishing and implementing marketing campaigns tailored to the intern class.
