Job Description

Job Title: Sports Management Intern

Dates: This internship is for the upcoming school year, running from September 6th, 2025, through May 30th, 2026, with flexibility on the end date.

Location: Interns must live in the Twin Cities, MN Area, as the position requires working from various local locations weekly within the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding suburbs.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $16 per hour.

Hours: Hours are flexible and will be determined around your class schedule, with a commitment of at least 3 days per week. Typical shifts range from 2pm-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
• Program Management: Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of sports camps.
• On-Site Coaching: Teach and operate youth sports camps for children ages 3-12.
• Equipment Management and Delivery: Manage sports equipment and deliver it to various camp sites.
• Weekly Management Virtual Meetings: Participate in regular meetings with Area Managers to discuss key business details.
• Travel: This position requires driving to various local camp sites and delivering equipment to coaches.

Requirements:
• Must live in the Twin Cities, MN Metro Area.
• Availability starting in September 2025.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, as driving to work, camp sites, and for equipment delivery is essential.
• A strong love of sports and a passion for the youth sports industry are required.
• A must to love working with young children, specifically ages 3-12.
• Seeking valuable experience within a rapidly growing company.

Experience Gained: Interns will gain valuable, hands-on experience in the operations of a sports camp business, including program management, on-site coaching, and logistical coordination within a growing, locally owned company. Interns will report to their respective Area Managers.
