The specific department offering this position is CSU’s Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). The OSP serves as the primary coordinating and managerial office for all externally funded activities of a contractual nature at the university. Its responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of research administration, from initial proposal review and submission through to final invoicing and project close-out.

Job Description
This is a Sponsored Programs Intern position within Colorado State University’s Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). It is classified as a Temporary Hourly role, with work hours ranging from 0-40 per week and is Overtime Eligible. The position is located in Fort Collins, CO 80523, and qualifies for hybrid or remote work.
This internship opportunity is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to different areas of sponsored programs. The intern will gain direct experience with multiple types of sponsored programs, specifically focusing on:
• Proposals
• Accounting
• Invoicing
• Project close-out
The minimum qualification for this position is a Bachelor’s Degree. A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is preferred.
The internship offers a salary of $16 per hour.
