Job Description: Spectrum Internship Experience

This is a full-time, 10-week internship program for motivated rising senior students, designed to provide real-world experience within the telecommunications industry.

Program Overview:
Duration: 10 weeks, from May 27 through July 31, 2026.
Focus: Gaining insight into working at a leading connectivity company, contributing to meaningful projects, and professional development.
Structure: Approximately 80% of the schedule is dedicated to department and team-focused projects, while the remaining 20% is spent on professional development sessions and networking activities.
Activities: Includes a Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
Support: Interns will have access to networking opportunities, professional development sessions, and a mentor for one-on-one advice. Opportunities to build connections with team members and senior leaders are also provided.

Internship Responsibilities May Include:
Project Management: Exploring the foundations of project management and navigating the full project management lifecycle.
End-to-End Project Management: Managing a project from its initiation to completion.
Technical Team Collaboration: Working with a team focused on AI model development, software development life cycle (SDLC), and cloud-based tools and architecture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging with a team of other interns, Project & Program Managers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers.

Required Qualifications:
Academic Status: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
GPA: Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in the current program.
Graduation Date: Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future employment-based immigration sponsorship.
Travel: Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments.
Data Analysis: Effective at measuring results using data-driven tools.
Presentation Skills: Ability to use presentation skills to effectively convey project success.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
Analytical Skills.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

The base pay for this position is generally between $00 and $00 (placeholder range). Actual compensation is determined by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location, while complying with local wage minimums. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional incentive-based compensation like bonuses.
