What You’ll Actually Do
• Investigate: Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious insurance claims to uncover the truth.
• Interview: Interview claimants, witnesses, and involved parties to gather crucial information and statements.
• Analyze: Identify inconsistencies and detect fraud patterns within gathered evidence and statements.
• Inspect: Perform field investigations and scene inspections to collect on-site data.
• Document: Document all findings thoroughly and prepare professional reports for case progression.
• Collaborate: Partner with legal teams and law enforcement when necessary to advance investigations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate or bachelor’s degree. Career level: Early Career.
• Experience: No prior investigative experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and writing skills, keen attention to detail and curiosity, and the capacity to work independently while managing a caseload.
• Bonus: A degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.
