What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Engagement: Identify and proactively engage top talent across specialized fields such as Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Relationship Building: Build robust candidate networks and meticulously manage relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Workflow Management: Work efficiently on multiple live job requisitions simultaneously.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with client-facing recruiters to ensure the delivery of exceptional results and service.
• Performance Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed performance goals, directly impacting your earning potential through commission on every successful deal.
