What You’ll Actually Do
• Warehouse/Logistics: Gain hands-on experience by managing and understanding the flow of products through warehouse and logistics operations.
• Inside Sales/Counter: Develop customer service skills and learn the responsibilities of inside sales and counter associate duties.
• Projects & Quotations: Acquire proficiency in project management and the creation of accurate customer quotations.
• Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing, digital, and e-commerce strategies.
• Outside Sales/Specialty Track: Engage in direct customer interaction and learn specialized approaches within outside sales.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior professional experience explicitly required; success in this role is contingent on a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Excellent communication, time management, leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a flexible, adaptable team-player attitude.
