What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Building: Learn to build strong client relationships and contribute to the development of innovative, customized wealth management solutions.
• Investment Structuring: Work alongside investment professionals to structure creative and opportunistic investment ideas that meet diverse client portfolio objectives across all asset classes, including market strategy, alternative investments, fixed income, equities, FX, and commodities.
• Analysis and Development: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis using proprietary models, and assist with product development and the construction of client portfolios.
• Foundational Training: Participate in an immersive five-week global training program, joining incoming analysts from around the world to build technical and professional skills specific to the firm’s business operations.
• Professional Networking: Engage with senior executives and actively build a global network across the firm, exploring various career opportunities as you progress through the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career position requiring candidates to be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a college/university in the U.S., with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends is essential.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required, as this is a full-time analyst training program designed for new graduates. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., as JPMorgan Chase does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship or assistance for Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) for this program.
• Skills: Highly driven, exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are critical. Candidates must also possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and demonstrate good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information within a collaborative environment.
