Job Description: Solution Partner Program Intern
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), 100% in-person internship position located at the Waltham, MA office. No remote or offsite work is permitted.
Role Summary:
The Solution Partner Program Intern will report to the program and project management. This role is designed to assist the team in managing critical aspects of account and program administration, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance within the Dassault Systèmes Solution Partner Program.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Account Maintenance: Add and update new catalog products and other previously unregistered data within the database to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Program Member On-boarding: Coordinate and process the addition of new program members, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry into the program.
• Program Member Off-boarding: Manage the process for members who decline or exit the program, maintaining precise and up-to-date records of participation status.
• Compliance Checks: Conduct outreach to verify that all products are properly registered and fully compliant with program requirements.
• Survey Administration: Distribute and track responses for internal forms and surveys (such as Yigit’s API form) to support essential data collection and reporting initiatives.
Qualifications (Ideal Candidate Profile):
• Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university, pursuing a Business or Marketing Communications Major, MBA, or Marketing Masters degree.
• Academic Performance: A Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Technical Familiarity: Experience with professional business systems and tools, including:
• MS Office (especially Excel)
• CRM systems
• AI platform tools
• Accounting systems

Compensation:
The expected total compensation range for this role will be between $22 and $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
