Description – Solution Engineering Intern

This internship will give you the opportunity to work hands-on with technology and gain valuable experience in a technically innovative environment. As a Solution Engineering Intern, you will support the Solution Engineering team in designing the best solutions to ensure customer success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting technical solutions: You will work closely with the team to develop technical solutions that meet the needs of Salesforce’s clients. This includes preparing proposals and engaging other internal stakeholders like professional services and alliances.
• Building reports and dashboards: You will contribute to creating insightful reports and dashboards to analyze data and provide valuable insights.
• Supporting presentation development: You will assist in building engaging presentations in different formats, including slides and videos.
• Following up with the Sales Solution Engineer team: You will track the delivery of solutions and handle related activities.
• Preparing technical proposals: You will play a role in preparing comprehensive technical proposals.
• Supporting Solution Engineering operations: You will contribute to various operational tasks and special projects within the Solution Engineering team.

This internship is perfect for you if you:

• Are currently pursuing a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a Spanish University, with graduation scheduled for 2025.
• Have a background in computer science or engineering.
• Are fluent in Spanish and English (Madrid location) or Catalan, Spanish and English (Barcelona location).
• Are eligible to sign a University Agreement for the full duration of the internship.
• Have a strong passion for technology.
• Are eager to assist and support the team in various projects and responsibilities.
• Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Are self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and engage in self-study.
• Possess excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Java, JS, Databases, or Cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Previous work experience, such as a summer job or internship, especially in a related field or business.
• Experience delivering presentations or demos.

More Details:

• Start Date: 16th of September 2024
• End Date: 31st of July 2025
• Paid internship
• Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (flexible schedule in the morning or afternoon)
• Location: Madrid or Barcelona
