Solutions Architect | AvePoint

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at AvePoint, primarily remote with required travel. AvePoint provides go-to-market solutions in the software industry, focusing on addressing customer business challenges. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, presenting, and demonstrating these solutions to customers, prospects, and partners. Your technical guidance throughout the sales cycle will ensure successful customer journeys and drive growth.

• Pay: $190000–$220000 yearly

• Mission: Lead the design, presentation, and demonstration of AvePoint solutions to solve customer business challenges and provide technical guidance through the sales cycle.
• Tech Stack: AI, machine learning, natural language processing, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 platforms and services, Power Platform

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, prospects, and channel partners to understand their business needs and propose AvePoint solutions.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead new and renewal opportunities as the Strategic Lead, coordinating with appropriate departments to support meeting objectives and customer goals.
• Solution Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals that display the value and benefits of AvePoint’s solutions.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers and internal teams on best practices, architecture, design, and implementation of solutions.
• Internal & External Advocacy: Support marketing initiatives, partner with sales enablement teams for consistent customer conversations, and become an internal product expert while being a solution evangelist externally.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles within the software industry.
• Experience: At least 10 years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles; skilled in Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 platforms and services.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences; strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills; deep knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
