Role Overview: Solar Setter Intern

As a Solar Setter Intern, you will serve as the critical first point of contact in our sales process. Your primary responsibilities include initiating engaging conversations with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, and successfully setting qualified appointments for our senior consultants. No prior solar experience is required; we are committed to training the right people.

Key Responsibilities

• Knock doors and engage homeowners in assigned territories.
• Deliver a simple, conversational solar pitch to generate interest.
• Generate interest and qualify homeowners for solar eligibility.
• Set appointments for solar consultations with senior consultants.
• Track activity and performance diligently.
• Attend all scheduled trainings and team meetings.
