Job Description: Software Support Engineer Intern – Fall 2025
This is an internship position for a Software Support Engineer Intern for the Fall 2025 semester.
• Location: The internship offers flexibility with two potential on-site locations:
• US East Office (Jacksonville, FL)
• US West Office (Highlands Ranch, CO)
• Core Purpose: The primary goal of this role is to collaborate and assist Developers in resolving a wide range of technical software issues related to the company’s product. This aligns with the company’s mission to “transform our customers and change lives” by ensuring their software operates effectively.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting: The intern will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical software issues.
• Communication Channels: This troubleshooting will be conducted via various methods, including:
• Telephone
• Email
• Remote sessions
• Collaboration: The intern will work closely with Developers to resolve complex software problems.
• Required Skills/Knowledge: A solid foundation in C# is explicitly stated as a required skill for this role.
• Reporting Structure: The intern will report directly to the Manager of Software Development, AX.
• Eligibility Requirements: To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
