Software Engineering Summer Internship
Cisco Norway is seeking Software Engineering Summer Interns to join their team for Summer 2025. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to:
• Explore a variety of technologies while working alongside a dedicated team.
• Work on real-life projects that are both relevant and useful to Cisco.
• Contribute to projects based on your own field of interest and potentially even pursue your own ideas.
Previous intern projects have included:
• Real-time multi-head pose detection
• Improving the microphone beam selector using deep learning
• Office room analytics application based on live and historical sensor data
• Noise reduction with deep learning
• Synchronous camera focusing for immersive systems
• Showing personal calendars in meeting rooms based on face recognition
• Using Falco on Kubernetes for threat detection
• Implementing and accelerating Head Detection models in an FPGA camera
Ideal Candidate

In addition, the ideal candidate will:
• Be pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
• Have practical engineering experience, including programming, testing, signal processing, network protocols, or cloud technology.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to learn.
• Be able to live and work in Norway.
